this was apparently the first ever film adaptation of the Hobbit. Complete with 1960s era drawings, and apparently a princess... and... WTF? Awesome is what.

I'm loving Archer, of course, but none of the new shows are doing anything for me. I'm 3 episodes into Once Upon a Time, and I'll give it its requisite 6 (A number of episodes by which, I'm told, a show will find its "feet" or not), but it's not looking good. Thankfully, Mad Men & Game of Thrones are back on soon...

one of our designers, who is 24 and probably burnt himself out working 3 projects at a time here, has not been in the office for about a month and a half now...

he has a huge samsung monitor that we stole to our side of the office as a monitor for our XBOX dev console (that outputs debug information) that my desk mate has been using, so i've been looking at the back of it for a month or two.

my desk mate, however, never shows up before 11 am, so i decided I would put it to good use the other 3 hours of the day that i'm here... :) see my google+ for my new setup, hehehehe

Stu wrote an interesting article about electronics & sweatshops, and while I've been aware of most of this before, I still haven't figured out what, if anything, we could do about it... anyone?
